FAQ & WhatsApp Contact — Bed Insurance

Questions? Answered.

Is it really waterproof, or just water resistant?

Fully waterproof. The backing layer blocks liquid completely — spills, sweat, and accidents stay on the surface and never reach your mattress.

Will it feel hot or plasticky to sleep on?

No. The top layer is soft, quilted fabric, and the middle layer is breathable, so it feels like a normal bedcover, not plastic sheeting.

What size mattress does it fit?

It fits all standard mattress sizes with an elastic skirt that wraps fully around, holding mattresses up to 18 inches thick.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day delivery on your order, nationwide.

Do I have to pay before it arrives?

No. Payment on delivery is available in every state — you pay only when it's in your hands.

What colour will I get?

We'll confirm your available colour with you after you place your order.

Can I wash it?

Yes, it's fully machine washable and dryable, and keeps its waterproof protection wash after wash.

Do I really get a free laundry basket?

Yes. Every bedcover you order comes with one free foldable laundry basket, no extra charge.
